Biennial Reports
The Wisconsin state statute that created the Council on Forestry also charged the group with preparing a biennial report on the status of the state's forest resources and forestry industry. The report is prepared in odd-numbered years for distribution to the governor and the appropriate standing committees of the state legislature. It covers the 24-month period ending on the December 31 immediately preceding the date of the report.
